Standard service for Mainland U.K. delivery is the next business day.
International delivery will depend on the destination, but between 1 and 3 days is usually the norm. |

When can you collect my parcels? |

If you require collections on a daily basis, we are able to arrange a specific time for collection to suit. |

What weight can I send? |

Any, really, - our only restriction is that if the consignment is to be carged at parcel rate, then no single item can weigh more than 100 Kg, - but if it consisted of 20 boxes weighing 20 kg each, - that would be fine.
If an item is more than 100 Kg in weight then it would have to be carried on a pallet, and would be charged at pallet rates. |

What about Fragile / Precious goods? |

We will handle all freight, but we expect you - the customer - to be responsible for packaging the goods thoroughly, - we'll be only to happy to advise on whether the packaging is adequate or not.
We reserve the right to refuse inadequately packaged items. |
